WARRANTY POLICY

Most electronics at uaemall.com are covered under a complementary 1-Year uaemall.com Warranty, valid from the date of delivery. If in doubt, simply check the description page of the item on uaemall.com to see specific warranty details.

Under the uaemall.com warranty policy, we commit to fix any defective items within 14 working days of receiving it at our service center. To service any item, simply follow the steps below:
• Contact our customer service team at service@uaemall.com . Please make sure to retain the original packaging and labels as you will be asked for the serial number on the box.
• Once we receive the items, we aim to inspect and service them within 14 working days. If for some reason there is a delay in servicing the item due to missing parts etc., we will communicate this information to you.
• As soon as the item is repaired and ready for shipment, we will send you a confirmation email.
If for some reason the item cannot be repaired, don’t worry, we will issue you a return credit note equivalent to the value of the item. This credit note will be redeemable at our website and you can use it to purchase anything you like!

Please note that this complementary warranty only applies where a defect has arisen, wholly or substantially, as a result of faulty manufacture, parts or workmanship during the Warranty Period.

This warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, including without limitation:

(a) normal wear and tear
(b) abuse, mishandling, accident or failure to follow operating instructions
(c) leaking batteries
(d) exposure to liquid (excluding water in the case of waterproof products) or infiltration of foreign particles
(e) use of the item with unsuitable ink or toner
(f) use of the item with other accessories, attachments, product supplies, parts or devices (including batteries, tapes/cards, lenses and flash attachments) that do not conform to specifications of the Manufacturer.
